If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and our services.


2. The Service Provided (Quote Aggregation and Referral)


Our service is a platform that receives your quote request and then connects you with independent, third-party pest control service providers operating in the Tampa Bay, Florida area.

  • Quote Matching: We use the information you provide to find appropriate third-party companies.
  • Service Fee: We charge a $20 fee from the customer for every completed pest control service booked through our referral. This fee is for our aggregation and referral service only.
  • Independent Contractors: You acknowledge and agree that the pest control company we connect you with is an independent contractor and is not an employee, agent, or partner of [BuyBuyBugs].


3. Your Obligations


By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

  1. You are at least 18 years of age.
  2. You will provide accurate and current information in your quote request.
  3. You reside in the Tampa Bay, Florida area.
  4. You will comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations in your use of the Site.


4. CRITICAL DISCLAIMER REGARDING THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS


YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING DISCLAIMERS:

  • NO LIABILITY FOR SERVICE ISSUES: We are strictly a referral and quote-matching service. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any damage, loss, injury, property damage, missed appointments, pricing disputes, or any other problems that may arise from the third-party pest control company's service, or your use of or reliance on the service.
  • INDEMNIFICATION: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless [BuyBuyBugs] (and its officers, directors, agents, employees, and affiliates) from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) that arise directly or indirectly from your engagement with any third-party pest control service provider or your use of the services they provide.
  • Due Diligence: It is solely your responsibility to perform your own due diligence on the referred company, including checking their licenses, insurance, reputation, and reviewing their independent terms of service before entering into any contract with them.


5. Payment Terms


  • Service Fee: A fee of $20 is charged by [BuyBuyBugs] for each pest control service that is successfully completed by a third-party company referred through our Site.
  • Collection: This fee may be collected directly by us or through the third-party service provider on our behalf.
  • Cancellation/Refunds: If a service is successfully completed, the $20 referral fee is non-refundable. Any refunds related to the cost of the actual pest control service must be pursued directly with the third-party company.


6. Limitation of Liability


TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW IN FLORIDA, [BuyBuyBugs] AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AND EMPLOYEES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SITE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER USERS OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS; OR (C) ANY ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF THE THIRD-PARTY PEST CONTROL SERVICE PROVIDERS.


7. Intellectual Property Rights


The content, features, and functionality of the Site (including all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by [BuyBuyBugs], its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.


8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction


These Terms of Use and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
